Attitude determines Altitude
1. Have a balanced life. People who only thinks of themselves are bound to be depressed. They see the world revolving around them and not the other way around.
It is also bad to always have time to others while sacrificing your personal joy and happiness. Know where to set the boundary.
2. Learn how to see the lighter side of things. Be happy and not be serious about all things. Do not magnify a seeming trivial matter. Learn to laugh like a child.
3. surround yourself with happy and successful people. We tend to copy the people around us.
4. Be a thermostat and not a thermometer. Being thermostat allows you to differentiate yourself from the situation you are in. Learn to adjust your reaction to things.
5. Learn to sincerely appreciate. Be open to give love and praise.
6. Learn to speak up when needed. Delaying will only cause bigger problems and more painful and difficult to face.
7. Pray for guidance and strength.
